Last weekend, Brock and I went to the movies (one of our classic date nights) for a double feature of Oppenheimer and Barbie. As a girlie-girl myself, I was STOKED for Barbie and was especially esctatic seeing everyone in the entire theater dressed up in HOT PINK, and absolutely LOVED the first 15 minutes of the movie. The color! The set! The costumes! The cast! The synchronized choreographed dance moves! Until... I didn't.

The debate over the Barbie movie's underlying themes has LIT UP the conservative world, with some saying Barbie is secretly based while others argue its sole purpose is to get you to hate men.
