This week, the University of Wyoming is back in the news after a U.S. District Judge has THROWN OUT a lawsuit challenging admission of a biological male into the school's chapter of Kappa Kappa Gamma. Over the last few months, six sorority sisters have shared their experience being harassed and intimidated by their new "sister," including seeing him fully ERECT in the sorority house while spending time together.
Yikes.
The court says they refuse to provide the definition of a woman - is this a precedent we should be concerned about?
